NYC Care Community Partners: NYC Care works with over 30 community based organizations to help connect and enroll participants.
ACCESS HRA: A city agency that streamlines the enrollment process for benefit programs. On their site or app you can see if you qualify for programs such as Medicaid and SNAP.
New York State of Health Navigators: Use this search tool to find a certified health insurance navigator, assitor or broker in your area that can help you enroll in health insurance.
